Behind the Name
Dhivael = Storm Bird, a Romulan typically female name.
Ratleihfi = A city in Romulus that was once it's capital and blooming metropolis.
Kamemor = Clan name belonging to most notably Ambassador Gell Kamemor who was most known for the making and initiation of the Treaty of Algeron, a treaty that was intended to bring peace between the Klingons and the Federation. Gell has one son with her wife. She was also Praetor of Romulus after the death of Praetor Tal'Aura in 2382.

By the way, "Stormbird" is also the name of the general class of warbirds that were developed from the Klingon D7 design battle cruisers. The vessel flown by Di'on Charvon in "The Enterprise Incident," a vessel variously named "Memenda" and "Talon," was a "V-11 Stormbird Akif Class Warbird."
